Camellia Courtyard Villa has everything you need to make your holiday in Florida the most luxurious & relaxing holiday you could wish for. It consists of 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with a private pool and spa large enough to accommodate 1 large family group or 2 families together.
1st Master suite with king size bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet. This room also has access to a private courtyard, furnished with a pretty bistro table and chairs, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a busy day
2nd Master suite also contains a king size bed, again with en suite bathroom and walk in closet.
Bedrooms 3,4,& 5 each have 2 twin beds. Cable TV and playstation2 is available for use in bedroom 3. These bedrooms share the third bathroom.
Living Room is tastefully decorated and furnished and has comfortable seating - including a 3 seater sofa and 2 love seats (two seater sofas). The 3 seater sofa can be used as a sofa bed, if required, to sleep an additional 2 guests. The entertainment center contains a TV, DVD and stereo for your added enjoyment. Patio doors lead to the pool area.
Dining Room features a traditional cherry dining table and seating for 8. In addition there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar for casual dining.
Kitchen , as you would expect contains all modern conveniences, including oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster,crockery, pots and pans.
Pool Area. The patio and pool area is fully screened to keep the insects out and the sun in. Enjoy a swim, or simply relax in our delightful pool and spa, the choice is yours. The covered lanai (patio) has a fan to help you cool down during those hot summer afternoons, and there is plenty of poolside furniture for you to relax and enjoy the glorious Florida weather.
For piece of mind, there is a child safety fence by the pool to keep our younger guests away from the water's edge.
