 | Kennedy Space Center This is a must see. Plenty to keep kids and parents busy for at least a day. Dozens of informative displays and not to be missed fantastic IMAX films, plus bus tours to view the launch pad and vehicle assembly buildings.

It provides a half day of fun and education for the whole family. |  | Silver Springs Silver Springs is a 350 acre nature theme park, located 90 miles north of Orlando. Take a trip on one of their famous glass bottomed boats and see turtles, fish, shellfish and alligators. There are rides and exhibits for all ages in a natural setting of stunning beauty. See their web site for discounted entry tickets throughout 2006. | | Old Town Kissimmee Shopping, dining and entertainment. Home of the largest weekly car cruises featuring classic cars, all 1972 or older. Free parking and admission, this makes for a value for money outing. | | Water Parks Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, and Wet'nWild on International Drive are just 3 of the water parks on offer. They all offer plenty of fun water rides, whether you enjoy the fast paced thrill rides or taking it easy on the lazy river, not forgetting the areas dedicated to meeting the children's fun filled needs, there's endless fun and laughs for everyone | | Shopping and Dining. There are endless opportunities for shopping and eating out, and only minutes from our front door.
If you are after some retail therapy, besides the shops on US 192 and International Drive, try Downtown Disney or Universal City Walk. Alternatively if it's department stores and famous brands you are looking for, you have a huge choice, including The Florida Mall, Beltz Factory Outlet World and the Mall at Millennia, which features the famous Bloomingdales, Macys and Tiffanys.
When it comes to eating out, the options are limitless. You will be minutes away from hundreds of restaurants suitable for family dining, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, quieter places for those special nights out, or themed Dinner shows. eg Dixie Stampede, Fiascos and Arabian Nights to name but a few. If it's fast-food you're craving, restaurants such as McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell are not far away. |
